What are the responses?
Every result that you get via the “share link” recruitment option is considered a response and is deducted from your plan’s response limit. The response limits apply only to responses that you receive via the “share link” and do not apply to responses that you receive via the pool of participants. The “Growth” plan responses start from 300 responses/month. Moreover, you can get 500, 1000, and 2000 responses for extra cost, while the “Enterprise” plan can have up to unlimited. Find more here.
Do I need to subscribe to a paid plan to access the Participant Pool?
No, recruiting participants are billed separately and can be used with or without a subscription to a paid plan.
How much does a seat cost?
The starting price of the Free and Growth plans includes 1 seat. The Free and Growth plans have up to 20 seats in total. Every person you invite with an assigned Admin, Manager, or Member role occupies a seat, while every person you invite with an assigned Viewer role does not occupy a seat. The “Growth” plan starting price includes 1 seat and you can get up to 20 seats, while the “Enterprise” plan can have up to unlimited. Each seat costs $30 per month. Find more here.
What are the available team roles
Each team can have up to 20 members (Seats). Every member can be assigned a specific team role. The team roles are Admins, Managers, Members, and Viewers. Find more here.
Do the prices include VAT?
All prices are exclusive of VAT. If you’re a VAT-registered business in the EU, you can add a VAT number to benefit from the reverse charge mechanism on your purchase. Customers outside the EU are VAT-charged-free.

How many assets can I import?
There is no limitation on the number of assets you can import. Add the prototypes that you created in Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, Marvel, or your website. And the best part: import your assets only once, use them at any test, and manage them through your Workspace’s Library.
