Customize participant-facing language across your Useberry Interviews flow, from scheduling and booking details to cancellations and key interview messages.
Interviews Language Customization lets you adapt participant-facing messages to your audience, study context, and brand tone.
Updates:
Edit scheduling, booking, availability, rescheduling, and cancellation messages.
Customize key interview messages in the Interviews tab under Manage languages.
Save language versions and select the appropriate version for each study.
Adapt wording for localized research and different participant audiences.
